The Maple Leaf Dental Membership Plan is an affordable alternative to traditional insurance, with straightforward access to preventive care and discounts on treatment.
Preventive care and discounts are included in your annual fee—no claims to file and no waiting periods.
Members receive:
- 2 cleanings and 2 exams per year
- Routine X-rays as needed
- 2 fluoride treatments annually
- 1 emergency exam per year
- 15% off all in-office dental services (exclusions apply)
- Optional additional periodontal cleanings at 20% off
